Conclusions:
If we are able to progress in philanthropy, we need
to do a better job in telling our story; we have great achievements, but
for the most part, they remain unknown.

Tie to a study that impacts the community.
Scholarship initiative was a successful model.

Success was achieved because there was a message/objective/

- Get our content/concepts straight
- Really good teachers.
- We are a small university with a lot of
potential
- Focus on programs that are exceptionally
strong
- Homecoming Concept was great
- Follow through on things that will give the
same results
- Contact (partnerships) to provide tours and
tell history
- Focus on historical research
- More events that expand on the changes at
the UTB/TSC
- Hospitality opportunities
